NASHVILLE, TN – With Summer productions in full swing, Bandit Lites is thrilled to announce the hiring of more full-time staff. Kyle Warfield joins as a Quality Control Technician and Michael Carpenter is a Bandit General Maintenance Technician.
Warfield previously worked on campus at Middle Tennessee State University for the Production Services Department. As a Bandit Quality Control Technician, he is responsible for ensuring the fixtures are in complete working order following their return from a tour or repairs. He also works with the inventory team and other Technical Services personnel to verify all gear is restocked properly.
“Bandit is by far the best work environment I’ve had,” said Warfield, “especially the management here. It is amazing to work somewhere I’m treated as an adult and where I feel the management actually cares about my well-being. My favorite parts of the job are the times I get to look into a fixture and make some repairs. I’ve always found the internals of machines and devices interesting, and it is cool that I can get paid for it now.”
Before his hiring at Bandit, Carpenter worked in warehouse labor and equipment operator positions. As a General Maintenance Technician, he provides hardware painting and maintenance, as well as assisting in various shop roles.
“My favorite part of working at Bandit is the people I work with and the atmosphere they bring with them,” said Carpenter adding, “It is a big family.”
