General Maintenance Technician
JOB SUMMARY
The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of the Bandit Lites facilities, including the warehouse and office areas. This role encompasses a variety of tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment, supporting the smooth operation of the company’s physical infrastructure.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

- Understands, abides by, and instills the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Bandit Lites.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the warehouse and office areas, ensuring that common spaces, meeting rooms, and work areas are tidy and hygienic.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Ensure trash bins are emptied regularly and manage waste disposal in a responsible manner.
- Deep clean and sanitize areas as needed, including kitchens, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces.
- Perform minor repairs on facilities equipment, furniture, and fixtures, including replacing light bulbs, air filters, and repairing doors, locks, and plumbing issues.
- Perform repair and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems by conducting routine checks.
- Assist with organizing, setting up, and breaking down catering events, meetings, and other company functions as needed.
- Maintain the exterior of the facility, including parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, green spaces, and outdoor areas.
- Ensure proper functioning of facility lighting and basic upkeep of building surroundings.
- Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and company-provided food and drink.
- Regularly check and maintain stock levels of janitorial and maintenance supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks related to the overall maintenance of the Bandit Lites’ Nashville facilities including the company condominium.
Requirements and Expectations
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks across a variety of systems.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with equipment safety protocols and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of facilities management, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and to stand/walk for extended periods.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma, additional technical certifications are a plus.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in facilities management or maintenance.
