IT Support Technician
The IT Support Technician will install hardware & software as well as maintain computer systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose PC & Network issues. Provide support for any staff needing computer-related hardware / software support. Help build reporting templates and work to integrate various software programs to improve business processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

- Understands, abides by, and instills the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Bandit Lites.
- Full time on-site throughout the entire workday at the Bandit Lites Nashville locations. No part of this job is work from home.
- Help design, develop and evaluate reporting dashboards in various BI platforms
- Help design and maintain API integrations with various business software
- Develop and maintain internal applications on various low code programs such as power apps and Retool
- Respond to IT questions for Bandit employees
- Research, fix, document all PC & Network issues as they come about
- Maintain printer fleet through repair / replacement / vendor relationships
- Maintain network hardware through repair or replacement.
- Ensure compliance with procedural requirements and best practices for data security and privacy.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations that can drive operational excellence.
- Assist operations in infrastructure build outs. Pulling / terminating new network runs. Installing Phones / WAPs / Cameras / etc. as needed.
- Assist with the development and implementation of facilities automation systems
- Be available as needed to address IT emergencies; respond promptly to all forms of communication to ensure rapid resolution.
Requirements and Expectations
- Demonstrate initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with tools such as SSMS, PowerApps, and Retool.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin environment. Entra, Azure.
- Ability to assist users with limited technical knowledge, troubleshoot IT issues, and translate complex concepts into simple, understandable terms.
- Proficient understanding of IT infrastructure components, such as servers and storage systems.
- Proficient in scripting languages for automation and system integration tasks is beneficial
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Punctuality and timeliness expected and tracked during standard work hours.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Exceptional hardware and software troubleshooting skills, with hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to conduct research into networking issues and products as needed, staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices.
- Availability for on-call support, with the ability to respond to IT emergencies outside of standard working hours when necessary.
- Comfortable in office and warehouse environments, including inspecting, installing, and maintaining IT equipment in various settings.
- Dexterity and physical ability to operate computer keyboards, mice, and handle other computer components, as well as perform necessary manual tasks.
- Experience with inspecting and installing cables in challenging environments such as floors and ceilings.
- Some travel may be required for on-site support or to address network issues at remote locations.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and to stand/walk for extended periods.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Degree or Certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of IT related work experience
