Bandit Lites Welcomes Shari Sylvia as Senior Accountant

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Bandit Lites has announced the hiring of Shari Sylvia as Senior Accountant, further strengthening the company’s finance team as it continues to support large-scale productions and global touring clients.

In her new role, Sylvia will help oversee key accounting operations, supporting Bandit’s financial management while contributing to the company’s continued growth across the entertainment lighting industry.

Sylvia brings a strong background in accounting and financial operations, and says her first days at Bandit immediately demonstrated the company’s collaborative environment.

“My first week at Bandit has been wonderful,” said Sylvia. “What stood out immediately was how welcoming and collaborative everyone is. People were generous with their time, quick to answer questions, and genuinely excited about what they are doing.”

While beginning any new role typically involves a period of observation and onboarding, Sylvia said she was pleasantly surprised by how quickly she was able to jump in and contribute.

As Senior Accountant, Sylvia will play an important role in supporting Bandit’s financial infrastructure, helping ensure the company continues delivering world-class lighting solutions to clients across the live entertainment industry.

Founded in 1968, Bandit Lites has built a reputation for innovation and excellence in concert and event lighting, supporting artists, tours and live productions around the world. Sylvia noted that the company’s culture stood out immediately.
