Julio Villarreal – QC Coordinator
Julio brings hands-on experience with technical systems, lighting equipment, and operational troubleshooting, ensuring every piece of gear meets Bandit’s exacting standards before it hits the road. “Working for Bandit Lites has been a wonderful experience as well as a huge blessing,” shared Villarreal. “I love being a part of the team because the work ethic here is incredible… Being QC Coordinator, I am proud that my work helps reflect the high standard that Bandit Lites holds for itself, and that the hard work I put in day in and day out contributes to every show we power.”

He will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing Bandit’s high-tech lighting systems. His technical insight and precision will be a key asset to Bandit’s industry-leading Technical Services Department. TSD Manager Sophie Phillips had nothing but great things to say about Khamees and Villarreal. “Sam joined the team with an exceptional spirit and hit the ground running, offering his support across multiple departments during his first few weeks!” Phillips added “Julio has quickly become an integral part of the TSD team… His upbeat attitude and ability to boost morale during our busy season has elevated the team’s dynamic.”

learning RJ45 terminations and connection testing along the way.” IT Manager Roth Edward praised him, saying, “Nick is a head down get it done guy. He is highly educated and eager to learn more every day. I look forward to watching him in action as he grows with us here at Bandit.”
Mason Whiffen – Facilities Maintenance Technician
Mason, certified in Residential HVAC-R, NATE Heat Pump, ICE Heat Pump, and Universal EPA, ensures Bandit’s facilities run at peak efficiency. “Since joining Bandit, I’ve enjoyed being part of a team that thrives on bringing live entertainment to life,” said Whiffen. “Working behind the scenes to keep our facilities running smoothly means I’m helping support every show we power.” Facilities Manager Quinton Christian added, “Mason has quickly proven to be a valuable addition to our team, demonstrating a consistently positive attitude, great work ethic, and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.” Edward echoed, “Mason is a tenacious go getter.
