General Maintenance Technician

JOB SUMMARY

The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the Bandit Lites facilities, including the warehouse and office areas. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. Additionally, this position supports facility projects, and assists in production fabrication as needed.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the warehouses and office areas, including trash removal, cleaning community spaces, and sanitizing equipment.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, parts replacement, completing minor repairs, and appliance care.
  • Assist in setting up catering events and other facility functions.
  • Execute truss painting and case repairs, including palletizing and logo painting.
  • Maintain the exterior of the facilities, including parking lots, sidewalks, and green areas.
  • Manage stocking of toiletries cleaning supplies, and company provided food/drink.
  • Assist in production related fabrication projects as needed.
  • Handle various maintenance tasks and address any other facility related issues as needed.

  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools.
  • Familiarity with standard equipment safety protocol.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and to stand/walk for extended periods.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance.
