FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NASHVILLE, TN – Bandit Lites is proud to announce that three outstanding lighting technicians – Brian Elliot, Isabel ‘Iz’ Egbert, and Zachariah ‘Zaxby’ Lehoux – have officially transitioned into full-time Bandit employees. Their advancement underscores Bandit’s continued commitment to offering long-term career opportunities in an industry where freelance work is often the only option.

Brian Elliot brings decades of experience and a strong academic foundation to his new full-time role. With over 20 years in live theatre before transitioning into concert lighting, Elliot holds a BFA in Theatre Design/Production from Auburn University and an MFA in Theatre Lighting Design from the University of Alabama.
“I come from a live theatre background and worked in theatre for over 20 years before pursuing concert lighting,” said Elliot. “My favorite part of working for Bandit are the people – they’re some of the most professional people I’ve ever worked with. The benefits package is one of the best in the industry.”
Iz Egbert’s journey reflects Bandit’s ability to cultivate talent from the ground up. She joined Bandit as an intern at just 19 years old and, three years later, has grown into a full-time member of the team.
“It’s a fun job and the people are nice – and I love the free t-shirts,” Egbert said. “I started as an intern three years ago, so it’s very cool to now be a full-time member of the team.”
Zaxby Lehoux’s promotion further reinforces Bandit’s dedication to recognizing talent, work ethic, and long-term potential within its freelance and technician ranks.
“What I enjoy most about working at Bandit is the genuine family atmosphere – whether it’s frequent team lunches or the warehouse fridge stocked with snacks and Gatorade, it’s clear they care about their people.” Lehoux said. “Combined with a strong benefits package and a supportive culture, Bandit feels like a place where you can build a long-term career, not just hold a job.”
Director of Personnel, Kelly Feild shared her thoughts on this latest group of new hires.
“At Bandit, we put people first. Zaxby, Brian, and Iz have shown meaningful dedication to Bandit, and we’re excited to give them the opportunity to build lasting careers, not just gig work.” Said Feild.
As Bandit Lites continues to grow, the company remains committed to offering meaningful career paths, professional development, and industry-leading benefits – proving that in a freelance-driven world, there is still a place to call home.
