Bandit Lites is proud to welcome four new hires and celebrate internal promotions that strengthen the Marketing and Integration Business Services teams. These professionals bring creativity, technical skills, and operational expertise to support Bandit’s continued growth.

Matt Holton – Marketing & Media Coordinator
Matt Holton joins Bandit Lites as Marketing & Media Coordinator, bringing over a decade of professional experience in video production, motion graphics, storytelling, and client relations. He has produced hundreds of videos and multimedia campaigns, managing projects from concept through final delivery, and has worked closely with designers and copywriters to create cohesive, engaging content.
Matt’s extensive skill set in content creation, including cinematography, post-production, and digital marketing, will play a pivotal role in elevating Bandit Lites’ marketing efforts. By developing compelling visual campaigns, managing social media strategy, and creating dynamic multimedia assets, Matt will help take Bandit’s brand presence to new heights, connecting with clients, partners, and audiences more effectively than ever. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University with double minors in Marketing and Film Studies.

Business Manager Chase Strickland said “Matt Holton is one of the most talented people I have ever met with a camera. Since day one, Matt has hit the ground running, capturing and editing compelling footage that highlights the incredible work we do here at Bandit Lites.”
Brianna Byars – Administrative Assistant
Brianna Byars joins Bandit Lites as an Administrative Assistant with a focus in marketing. She brings a strong background in graphic design, social media management, and brand development, having led creative campaigns, produced promotional materials, and ensured consistent brand presentation across multiple platforms.
In her role at Bandit Lites, Brianna will serve as a key point of contact for communication within the company, managing reception, coordinating direct outreach, and providing access to facilities. Her efforts will support both internal teams and external partners, helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations while contributing
to marketing initiatives and creative projects. Brianna holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Central Michigan University.
“I feel beyond excited to have become a member of the Bandit Lites team!” said Byars, later adding, “I look forward to expanding my knowledge in marketing & design with this amazing team, and to contributing to the continued growth and evolution of the Bandit Lites brand.”
“Brianna Byars is a formally educated graphic designer with a background in marketing and social media management. She brings a sharp creative eye and has come in with a wonderful attitude, taking on all sorts of marketing projects being thrown her way. She will play a key role in refining and elevating the Bandit Lites brand image.” Said Strickland, later adding “Both Matt and Brianna are key to our company-wide marketing overhaul. Their work helps showcase the quality and attention to detail we bring to every show and venue we service. I’m excited to see how their talents will shape the future of Bandit Lites. Sherry Wells – Purchasing Coordinator
Sherry advances to Purchasing Coordinator, overseeing purchase orders, inventory management, and supplier relationships. She assists with service work orders, annual inventory counts, and serves as backup to the Purchasing Director. Sherry’s leadership and expertise provide stability and efficiency to Bandit’s purchasing operations.
“I appreciate the new opportunity and look forward to contributing to Bandit’s growth.” Said Wells.
Director of Purchasing Andy Reese said “Sherry has been an asset to Bandit Lites since she was hired so it was an easy decision to expand her purchasing responsibilities. This will allow the department to keep up with the continued growth that Bandit Lites has been experiencing.”
