Nino Monserrate

Over time, he has contributed to numerous successful tours, maintained professionalism, and practiced technical capabilities. Nino has become a standout among crews and clients alike. “Nino is beloved by every crew member who works with him,” says Kelly Field, Bandit’s Director of Touring Personnel. “He is a team player who will do whatever it takes to get things done. He goes above and beyond to help other departments in addition to getting his own work completed.”

VP of Business and Innovation Jake Tickle said “Monseratte is a highly motivated individual who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every project. His strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable employee that any crew can count on.”

Kris Naylor

Kris Naylor began his journey with the Best Tech program in2022. Since then, he has worked on high-profile projects, consistently impressing with his commitment and quiet confidence.  “Being allowed to go build these elaborate rigs for artists and travel to places I’d never be able to visit… and getting paid to do something that doesn’t feel like work, that’s what it’s all about.”  Naylor said.

When asked about Naylor, Tickle said he “is a dependable and hardworking team member who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every task is completed with excellence. His positive attitude, and dedication make him both a great employee and a trusted team member that crews and artists can always rely on.”

Naylor has built a solid reputation for dependability, always delivering under pressure and on time. “Kris is known for keeping his head down and getting the job done,” said Field. “On his most recent tour, some phrases the crew used to describe him were: flexible, resilient, a team player, and a good hang.”

“Both show up when they say they will, work hard, and push themselves to be the best,” Field added. “They’ve earned the trust and respect of everyone they’ve worked with, and we couldn’t be happier to bring them on full time.” Bandit’s full-time lighting technician roles offer a clear path forward in the live event industry, along with competitive benefits including health coverage, retirement options, and paid time off. These promotions reflect the company’s commitment to nurturing talent and supporting long-term careers in professional touring.
