cynthia rutherford joins bandit lites

KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE – With summer nearly over and fall production in full swing, Bandit Lites is pleased to share its team has once again grown with the hiring of Cynthia Rutherford as Office Manager.

Following graduation from East Tennessee State University, Rutherford spent seventeen years working in various fields before joining Bandit, where she was drawn to Bandit’s commitment to its clients.

“Customers are the driving force behind any service based business, and Bandit’s customers are a testament to their satisfaction with the quality of services provided,” Rutherford said. “Employees and customers working together creates the ideal outcome for both parties.”

As Office Manager, Rutherford organizes and oversees the daily operations of Bandit’s Knoxville office, which serves as the world headquarters for the entire company.

“I admire the way that Bandit Lites has persevered for decades to become a leader in the lighting industry and obtain worldwide recognition,” finished Rutherford. “It’s a pleasure to be here and to work with such an amazing group of fellow Bandits!”
